Gugu Letticia Msibi is the founder of Capital Consulting. She brings 13 years of professional experience across organisational development, talent acquisition, business development and labour law. Her background connects the people and organisational dimensions of a business with its commercial priorities.
Her professional experience includes leadership at Indaloyezwe Consulting, where she focuses on specialist recruitment: connecting organisations with hard-to-find talent and professionals with career opportunities. This work informs the people-focused perspective she brings to Capital Consulting’s management and strategic advisory services.
