We use enquiry details to respond and discuss the services you request. We use application details and documents to consider you for relevant opportunities, with the consent you give when submitting. Required fields are marked on the forms; without them, we cannot process the submission. We use security information to prevent fraud and misuse. Where applicable, these activities rely on steps you request before an engagement, your consent, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the service, or legal obligations.
Who can access it
Enquiries and uploaded documents are stored privately and accessed through a protected area by authorised team members. Our operator notifications contain a submission reference rather than your message or attached documents. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.
